Intuitive Health

Boldt was introduced to Intuitive Health through mutual relationships with University of Florida Health and came together to help expand Intuitive Health’s Legacy ER presence in North Texas. Boldt has been working with Intuitive Health to develop a 11,200 SF Emergency Department and Urgent Care Facility in Prosper, TX. Boldt was brought on board for the project in August 2022 and the project broke ground in May 2023.

Boldt and Intuitive Health/Legacy ER worked together to establish a joint venture ownership structure to support this project as part of a long-term partnership. The flexibility of parties to work together to establish a financing structure that meets the needs of Intuitive’s short and long-term goals of the project and partnership have paved the way for this project to be a major success.
