Advocate Medical Group (now Advocate Health) – Oak Lawn Primary Care
For the greater part of a decade, Boldt has served as part of an Integrated Lean Project Delivery® (ILPD) team for the master planning, design and construction for the Advocate & Dreyer clinics, medical office and ambulatory facilities in the Greater Chicago Metropolitan area. This team was formed to help transform the Advocate and Dreyer clinics delivery of ambulatory care. To date, the team has completed more than two dozen projects together.
Located in Des Plaines, a suburb of Chicago, the new 62,292 SF center features internal and family medicine. Included in the building program are 68 examination rooms, lab and radiology suite and medical offices. Almost all examination rooms were prefabricated off-site, then delivery – full furnished – and installed on site.
