Centura Health – Broadmoor Neighborhood Health Center

Boldt has partnered with Centura Health on several key healthcare developments in the Colorado market. In Colorado Springs, Boldt and Centura Health collaborated to develop a new Neighborhood Health Center with Boldt serving as the owner and developer.

The new center is an adaptation of Centura Health’s “health neighborhood model,” which delivers optimal health care value to the community by focusing on wellness and prevention. The 32,000 SF Broadmoor Neighborhood Health Center includes occupational health, urgent care, primary care, an imaging center including MRI and CT, an orthopedic group and a rehab center.
