United Way Fox Cities 2023 Community Changer Award

Boldt has a long-standing tradition of giving back to the communities in which its employees live and work, including the Fox Cities. Since 1889, Boldt has focused on building not only extraordinary structures, but also extraordinary communities. At Boldt, this begins with the foundation of those communities: helping community members in need.

“Building, for us, includes building the necessary foundation for healthy, thriving communities,” said Dave Kievet, president and CEO, The Boldt Group and co-campaign chair of the United Way Fox Cities campaign. “The United Way Fox Cities is the right partner for this, as the organization addresses the needs of those who will never let you know they need help. These may be our friends, family, neighbors and co-workers.”

Boldt employees consistently step up. This past year, 84% of team members contributed to the United Way campaign, and with company matches, Boldt provided $411,000 to the United Way. That earned Boldt recognition from the United Way with the Community Changer Award in the medium-size company category.

For Boldt, it is an integral part of everyday business.

“We operate from a culture of caring, and this action by our team members epitomizes the culture here at Boldt,” he said. “We’re proud of the team for stepping up.”
