Boldt Company Selected for Wisconsin Business Achievement Award by Flowers Family Foundation

(APPLETON, Wis.) Jan. 3, 2022 – The Boldt Company is the recipient of the 2022 Wisconsin Business Achievement Award presented by the Flowers Family Foundation. The award recognizes companies for their positive impact on the Wisconsin economy and comes with a $75,000 honorarium. The Boldt Company has donated the full amount to the American Red Cross of Wisconsin which manages broad, diverse programs that impact a wide range of Wisconsin residents.

“Boldt and the Flowers family are fortunate to be in a position where we can contribute to the communities that have given us so much,” said Boldt CEO Tom Boldt. “We believe in supporting organizations like the Red Cross that sustain and enrich our communities throughout Wisconsin and beyond.”

Boldt was cited for its community involvement in philanthropic projects across all operating units, its programs in workforce development for high school and college students, for creating a company-funded employee ownership program, for integrating new technologies in construction processes, and for supporting employees throughout the pandemic. “The Flowers Family Foundation continues to recognize businesses and individuals that support the free enterprise system. Through free enterprise, companies provide benefits to our country such as meaningful work, products, and services within the communities they serve.” Boldt said. “The Flowers Family Foundation has been unwavering in its desire to highlight the benefits of free enterprise.
