Dulin named Vice President of Strategy for The Boldt Group

In new role, Dulin will drive strategic initiatives across all Boldt companies

APPLETON, WIS. (JULY 16, 2024) – Doug Dulin has assumed the role of Vice President of Strategy for The Boldt Group.

In his new role, Dulin plays a vital role in shaping and advancing processes that influence The Boldt Group’s short- and long-term strategy. He is responsible for implementing Boldt’s Operational Excellence program along with continued development of the Boldt Business System, which includes management, operating and people systems. This work will help to equip all Boldt divisions to deliver consistent, high-quality projects more efficiently and with less waste than industry averages.

Dulin joined Boldt in 2020 and most recently served as Vice President of Operational Excellence, driving performance improvement and standardization across The Boldt Company. A native of Indiana and resident of Apex, N.C., he holds a bachelor’s degree from Anderson University and a Lean Master certification from Honeywell® Aerospace Technologies.

This announcement follows the naming of Dave Kievet to President and CEO of The Boldt Group.
