The Boldt Company Appoints Cody Mosley as Director of Business Development in Oklahoma
Economic development expert to expand business, generate new opportunities
OKLAHOMA CITY (July 7, 2023) — The Boldt Company has named Cody Mosley as its new director of business development in Oklahoma, bringing deep experience in the economic development industry and knowledge of efforts across the state to the company. In his role, Mosley is responsible for developing and coordinating strategies to cultivate new business, furthering relationships with current clients, actively engaging in the community and supporting other vital business functions.
Mosley previously served as the director of workforce and economic development at Francis Tuttle Technology Center and has led economic development efforts in Chickasha, Broken Arrow, Guthrie and Moore.
“Cody’s exposure to economic development efforts across the state will help Boldt better position itself for new opportunities,” said Jeff Shipley, Boldt’s president of southern and western operations. “His understanding of the market is unmatched, and we look forward to adding his unique skillset to the Oklahoma office.”
Mosley is one of only 1,100 International Economic Development Council (IEDC) Certified Economic Developers (CEcD), and in Oklahoma, he is one of 15. He currently serves as the Chair of the IEDC’s Higher Ed Advisory Committee and will serve as the panel moderator at the 2023 State of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) event series this month.
Mosley graduated from Mid-America Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and earned his master’s degree in public administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. He grew up in Midwest City and currently lives in Edmond.
