The Boldt Company Names New Self-Perform Leader

Terry Owens now oversees Self-Perform Operations

APPLETON, WIS. (JULY 19, 2024) – The Boldt Company has appointed Terry Owens to provide companywide oversight for Boldt’s Self-Perform operations across a variety of markets.

Owens brings three decades of construction experience to his new role as Senior Director of Self Perform. He champions Boldt’s long-standing commitment to safe jobsites and high-quality results through self-perform work.

“I look forward to working with the many different professionals who have helped make us an industry leader in construction,” Owens said. “At Boldt, we’re builders. And I’m ready to build on the great self-perform tradition already in place.”

A native of Chilton, Wis., Owens is a graduate of the Fox Valley Technical College Associated General Contractors Supervisory Training and Carpenters Apprenticeship programs.

Boldt’s tradition as a leading self-perform construction company dates back 135 years and now includes nearly 2,000 union tradespeople nationwide across a range of disciplines

This announcement follows the naming of Dave Kievet to President and CEO of The Boldt Group.
