Centura Health - St. Thomas More Medical Office Building
St. Thomas More Hospital (STM), an affiliate hospital with Centura Health, engaged Boldt to serve as the owner and developer for a new 34,000 SF, multi-specialty medical office building on its hospital campus. This is the third project Boldt has delivered in collaboration with Centura Health in Colorado.
The new medical office building allows the hospital to increase access to health care services and overall patient experience for the Fremont County community, enriching the Colorado Health Neighborhood concept that Centura has strategically developed. The facility provides a local, centralized location for St. Thomas More physicians, who were previously spread out in various locations.
