Nebraska Medicine – Primary Care Clinics

Boldt partnered with Nebraska Medicine to assist them with their strategic ambulatory plan, developing multiple primary care clinics in key market locations. Due to the client’s request that they remain anonymous throughout the process, Boldt worked to secure the parcels discretely. Boldt was able to deliver the desired parcels at bottom dollar, within a prompt timeframe.

These primary care clinics serve as “touchpoints” throughout Nebraska Medicine’s service area. Boldt and Nebraska Medicine worked together to create a cohesive look, brand and image for these new clinics. Each clinic is approximately 13,000 SF and comprises 15 exam rooms, five consult rooms, one diagnostic / x-ray room and one treatment room, with the potential to expand. There is also an open team area centered amongst the exam rooms that provides a direct view of all the exam rooms and facilitates open collaboration space for physicians and staff.
